• The Caravan Storage is down a 3/4 mile long partly shared farm lane, some of the lane is also a bridleway. The lane is not tarmac or concrete but compressed hardcore with stone capping. The lane is single track but does have passing places. Be advised the lane has loose uneven stones and potholes.

• the farm lane and the service hardstanding in the storage yard is made of a hardcore surface topped.There are no kerbs or speed bumps, however a speed limit is in place and in places there are ditches at the side of the farm lane.
